About the Role

This position serves as a vital link between front-of-house and kitchen teams at the Omaha Embassy Suites, ensuring seamless operations and high guest satisfaction. You will supervise and support a team of food and beverage associates, delivering timely and friendly service across all dining areas. The role requires a dynamic leader who can provide on-the-spot coaching to maintain service quality and cleanliness while stepping in to support bartending, bussing, or food running duties as needed to keep service flowing efficiently.

Beyond daily operations, you will manage scheduling and supply orders, balancing business needs with labor and cost control. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, guest-focused environment and is passionate about fostering a strong sense of teamwork and mutual respect among peers.
