The Chili's Server is the face of our dining experience, dedicated to ensuring every guest leaves with a smile. You will be the primary point of contact for our guests, responsible for delivering prompt service, answering questions about our menu, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. This role is vital to our mission of providing great food and hospitality in a casual dining environment.
As a Server, you will work closely with the General Manager and Shift Lead to maintain high standards of service. Your day involves engaging with guests, managing tables efficiently, and ensuring that food and beverages are served with care. You will also play a key role in responsible alcohol service, adhering strictly to state laws and the Choctaw Nation alcohol policy.

This is a Part-Time position with variable days and shifts. The pay rate is $4.00 per hour plus tips, with an average tip rate of $20.75. We also offer Weekly Earned Wage Access as an option for this position.
To succeed in this role, you must be willing to work weekends and holidays. Candidates with prior Full Service Casual Dining experience are preferred. Additionally, you must be able to obtain an Oklahoma ABLE Liquor License. The role requires physical stamina, including standing and walking for 100% of the shift, as well as the ability to lift up to 30 lbs when clearing tables and serving food.
