About the Role
As a Crew Member, you strive to consistently deliver the MOD Pizza experience to all guests. You are a role model of super-fast service, helping to create a memorable, inspiring, and unique experience while preparing and presenting outstanding pizzas and salads within a cool environment.
You will be part of a squad that works closely together to have fun and create the MOD experience for teammates and guests. Success in this role means embodying our values: embracing change and seeking to learn every day, focusing on solutions rather than problems, and being generous with your time, patience, and grace. You will play an active role in creating a safe environment for all guests and Crew Members while showing compassion and understanding without judgment.

- check_circleOperate kitchen equipment including dough presses, ovens, and dishwashers safely
