The Marketplace Attendant is the face of our food service operations, ensuring the efficient and courteous running of the hotel's marketplace. This role is vital to the guest experience, bridging the gap between culinary preparation and customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for the full lifecycle of the outlet, from setting up the space and preparing fresh ingredients to managing transactions and maintaining a pristine environment.
In this position, you will work in a dynamic environment where you prepare a variety of food products, including soups, meats, vegetables, and desserts, while also managing the front-of-house operations. Your day will involve operating POS systems, handling cash and credit transactions, and ensuring that all food served meets our high standards for quality and quantity. You will also play a key role in inventory management by estimating food requirements and procuring supplies.

Candidates must possess a High School diploma or equivalent and have one to three years of experience in food service operations, with a strong background in customer service. A Safe Server Alcohol & Food Handlers certification is required. Applicants should be detail-oriented, possess basic computer and computational skills, and demonstrate excellent communication and leadership capabilities.
