About the Role
Whether you prefer a front- or back-of-house experience, there's a place for you on the team. Front of House teammates serve as Cashiers for walk-in and drive-thru guests or as Counter Servers handling expo, curbside, and guest services. Back of House teammates work on the Pits to prepare and smoke meats, on the Boards as line cooks and meat cutters, in Prep to craft sides and desserts from scratch, or as Dishwashers maintaining utility and sanitation.

We are looking for individuals who provide great backyard hospitality, work in a fast and independent manner, and can cross-train to work multiple stations. To promote good teamwork, we expect teammates to arrive on time, follow recipes and sanitation guidelines accurately, collaborate on take-out and catering orders, and maintain a positive attitude with both guests and colleagues.
