We are seeking an advanced Respiratory Therapist to provide safe and effective care across the entire lifespan, from neonates to geriatric patients. This role is critical to our mission of delivering high-quality respiratory support in accordance with clinical practice guidelines and hospital standards. Beyond direct patient care, you will serve as a vital resource and educator for patients, families, and the broader healthcare team.
In this position, you will manage complex mechanical ventilation, perform diagnostic procedures, and lead quality improvement initiatives. Depending on your assignment, you may also support labor and delivery or participate in external critical care transports for critically ill neonatal and pediatric patients. The role offers the opportunity to function as a shift team leader in the absence of a supervisor, guiding the team through high-stress environments while maintaining a focus on safety and excellence.
