This position serves as the operational backbone of our sales office, ensuring the smooth execution of small group meetings and room sales to meet and exceed revenue and profit goals. You will play a critical role in identifying objectives, strategies, and action plans to gain market share and grow new account business.
Your day will involve coordinating the logistics of sales activities, from preparing collateral for site inspections and managing voicemails to maintaining accurate records and reports. You will act as a key liaison, representing sales managers when they are out of the office and ensuring professional communication with both guests and fellow associates. This role is essential for supporting the team's pursuit of redefining hospitality through meticulous organization and proactive client engagement.

McLemore Resort operates as a mountain-top hospitality destination and residential community located in Rising Fawn, Georgia. Situated on Lookout Mountain, the property overlooks McLemore Cove, recognized as the largest National Historic District in the state. The resort features an 18-hole championship golf course and a 6-hole short course designed by Rees Jones and Bill Bergin. The surrounding area includes tens of thousands of acres of protected parks and land trusts, offering visitors access to waterfalls, trails, and significant botanical and geological features.
Industry publications have recognized the property for its golf offerings. Links magazine and Golf Digest have ranked the resort as a top 10 single-course destination in the United States. Additionally, the Highlands Course appears in the top 100 courses nationwide, while the 18th hole is listed among the top 10 best finishing holes globally.
Expansion plans for McLemore Resort include real estate development and the addition of new amenities. A 245-room Hilton Curio Collection hotel is scheduled to open in 2024, with a second 18-hole golf course named The Keep planned for 2025. The community continues to introduce new guest experiences and facilities on a quarterly basis.
