As the company expands into new markets, they are building a sales team focused on long-term client relationships and consultative solution selling.

About the Role

Tailored Security is seeking a driven Sales Representative to generate new business and expand relationships with commercial clients in the Chicagoland or Nashville markets. This is a hunter role with strong upside, focused on identifying opportunities, building relationships, and selling customized security solutions.

The ideal candidate is comfortable selling into businesses, understands the value of consultative selling, and is motivated by performance-based earnings. You will serve as a trusted advisor on security technology and system improvements, collaborating with internal teams to develop system designs and proposals. The role offers the opportunity to sell custom, high-value solutions rather than commoditized products, with strong support from technical and operations teams for solution design and delivery.

Requirements

Nice to Have
