About the Role

GardaWorld is seeking a results-driven Business Development Manager to drive profitable growth across Indiana, Columbus, and Cincinnati. In this position, you will leverage your consultative sales expertise to sell mission-critical security solutions to corporate clients. Your primary mission is to help protect people, property, and operations while building long-term relationships that generate repeat business. This role is designed for ambitious professionals ready to turn their sales talent into high earnings and lasting impact, where your performance directly influences your career trajectory and income potential.

You will act as a key partner to the Branch Manager and operations team, showcasing our expertise to ensure successful service delivery. The position involves engaging clients across your territory up to 50% of the time, strengthening relationships, and driving high-value deals. As a self-motivated hunter, you will navigate complex buying processes and multiple stakeholders to craft tailored solutions that solve client problems.
