About the Role

We're seeking a high-performing Branch Manager to lead, coach, and inspire a team of Business Technology Advisors focused on new business growth and account expansion. This role is ideal for a strategic, results-oriented leader who thrives on developing top sales talent and driving measurable revenue outcomes.

As a Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping regional market success—helping your team master consultative selling, uncover client needs, and position Visual Edge IT's full portfolio of managed IT, hardware, and professional services solutions. You will foster a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and high achievement while recruiting, training, and mentoring sales professionals to prepare them for future leadership roles.
