The Field Sales Executive serves as the primary driver for growth within an assigned branch territory. This role is designed for an ambitious self-starter who thrives in a dynamic environment, acting as the single point of contact for Hellmann's solutions across all product areas, with a focus on Air and Ocean Freight.
You will balance "hunting" for new local accounts with nurturing existing relationships to maximize sales growth. The day-to-day involves developing strategic product marketing and customer support plans, conducting Quarterly Business Reviews, and collaborating closely with local Operations Leaders to build a robust customer portfolio. Success in this position requires navigating ambiguity, solving complex problems, and maintaining a professional demeanor even in challenging situations.
