Join Quick Care Med P L as a Business to Business Sales Representative within our Sales & Business Development team. This role is designed to bridge the gap between our urgent care, pediatric, and occupational health services and the organizations that need them most. You will serve as the primary point of contact for healthcare organizations, employers, and community partners, building and managing relationships that drive mutual growth.
In this position, you will identify new business opportunities and conduct targeted outreach to present our service offerings. Your mission is to design customized solutions that address specific employer and organizational healthcare needs, ensuring seamless access to care and effective referral pathways. Your day will involve a dynamic mix of strategic planning and active engagement. You will research and qualify prospective clients within your assigned territory, ranging from medical practices and schools to community organizations. This includes scheduling and conducting both in-person and virtual sales meetings to showcase our capabilities.
Beyond the initial pitch, you will develop tailored proposals and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key decision-makers, including HR leaders, practice managers, physicians, and administrators. You will represent Quick Care Med at community events, health fairs, and employer wellness activities to increase brand awareness and generate leads. Success in this role requires collaborating closely with clinic managers and providers to coordinate services, ensuring a positive experience for every referral partner while monitoring account performance and adjusting strategies to meet sales goals.
