Outside Sales Representative

About the Role

A-1 Termite and Pest Control, Inc. is seeking an Outside Sales Representative to drive growth within our Sales & Business Development department. You will serve as the face of our company, identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while building strong, lasting relationships with both commercial and residential clients.

In this position, you will manage the full sales cycle, from prospecting and qualifying leads to closing deals and supporting account retention. Your day will involve conducting in-person visits and site walk-throughs with property managers and business owners to understand their specific facility needs. You will present tailored pest control solutions, clearly explaining service options and value-added benefits to help clients make informed decisions. Success in this role requires a balance of strategic territory management and the ability to collaborate closely with our operations and service teams to ensure every sold service is accurately scoped and delivered.
