About the Role

As a Major Account Consultant in Direct Sales, you will own your territory and drive growth by winning new business and closing significant deals. This role exists to expand our market presence by leveraging our proven sales process to identify high-value opportunities. You will act as a strategic partner to key decision-makers, navigating complex buying environments to deliver tailored solutions that demonstrate measurable cost savings and operational improvements.

In this position, you will maintain a "hunter" mentality, actively prospecting and presenting to new clients while collaborating with service and market research teams to convert competitor business. Your day-to-day involves building relationships, negotiating contracts, and traveling within your territory to present at branch locations and foster program buy-in. This is a unique opportunity to blend in-office collaboration with remote work flexibility while advancing your career within a growing global organization.
