As a Strategic Key Accounts Manager, you'll support growth and success by developing and maintaining high-value relationships with key customers across our portfolio. This role combines strategic business development, relationship management, and technical expertise to deliver comprehensive solutions that help our customers make the world healthier, cleaner, and safer.
Working in a collaborative matrix environment, you will coordinate resources across divisions to provide integrated solutions spanning our entire product and service portfolio. You'll serve as the primary point of contact for strategic accounts, coordinating cross-functional teams to identify opportunities, develop account strategies, and execute complex deals. Success in this position depends on your ability to build and maintain executive-level relationships, develop multi-year strategic plans, and ensure alignment between customer needs and Thermo Fisher Scientific capabilities. You will negotiate sophisticated agreements and support sustainable business growth while delivering exceptional customer experiences.
This position is based in an office setting with standard office hours (40 hours per week). The role requires the ability to travel up to 50% for customer engagement.
