As the industry leader in developing innovative offerings responding to unmet or emerging needs, we deliver support through community housing, day programs, outpatient treatment, recovery services, education, and employment training. Our mission is "Connecting People with Possibilities": we inspire hope and empower individuals to achieve their fullest potential.
Our employees take pride in making every day count. They bring energy, ideas, and a passion for service, committed to adding value to the lives of the people we support. From those with autism to people with substance use disorders, we help individuals become engaged members of their communities.
The Residential Program Supervisor plays a vital leadership role in the daily operation of a residential home for people with disabilities. This position exists to ensure a positive, cohesive work climate while providing the oversight necessary to meet the unique needs of the people we serve. You will act as a bridge between the Residential Manager and the staff, fostering a team environment grounded in dignity, respect, caring, integrity, safety, and wellness.
In this role, you will not only supervise staff and coordinate program activities but also step in to provide direct care support and administrative coverage when the Residential Manager is absent. You will help develop and implement trainings, manage case management requirements, and ensure that services align with regulatory standards. The role is dynamic, requiring you to build positive relationships with families, funding sources, and community groups while supporting the independence and decision-making of the individuals in our care.
Bridgewell offers a collaborative work environment that values new insight and personal contributions. With over one hundred programs across the North Shore, Lowell, and Merrimack Valley, we provide excellent opportunities for training and professional development. We believe in our people, offering a competitive benefits package, generous paid time off (including your birthday off!), and additional compensation for on-call rotations.
