The Program Manager of Youth Leadership serves as a vital bridge between the organization's mission and the voices of the youth we serve. In this role, you will oversee the operations of the Community Policy Fellowship Program, which introduces youth experiencing homelessness to the power of advocacy.
You will be the architect of a transformative experience, guiding youth fellows through program and curricula development, budget management, and event planning. Your day-to-day involves partnering with Program Leadership to ensure the successful implementation of Youth Fellows' projects, while also collaborating with internal departments to elevate youth advocacy and support youth-led challenges. This is a position for a self-starter who thrives in a mostly in-person environment, ready to bring a constructive, problem-solving orientation to every task.

At least 2 years of management and supervisory experience. Experience managing Youth Leadership Program models. Bachelor's degree (years of professional experience can be considered in lieu of a degree). Bilingual or multilingual skills (Spanish, Russian, Turkish). Experience working in HMIS.
