The Program Supervisor/Facility Manager serves as the primary on-site leader for our Residential Department, ensuring the safety, stability, and therapeutic growth of youth in our care. Reporting directly to the Administrator, this role is pivotal in bridging the gap between clinical goals and daily operations. You will act as the Facility Manager and Supervisor on Duty (SOD), managing the day-to-day rhythm of the facility while upholding strict adherence to Title 22 regulations, Council on Accreditation (COA) standards, and Children's Receiving Home (CRH) policies.
This position is more than administrative oversight; it is a hands-on leadership role. You will foster a safe and healthy environment where clients, staff, and visitors can thrive. By collaborating closely with clinical staff, you will assist in the development and implementation of client care plans, ensuring that every youth receives the support they need to succeed. Whether mediating crisis situations, mentoring residential counselors, or coordinating campus activities, your presence ensures that the mission of the organization is lived out in every interaction.
