About the Role

The Residential Driver is the face of our waste removal services, dedicated to safely and efficiently collecting solid waste and recyclables for our customers. This role is essential to maintaining clean communities and ensuring the smooth operation of our logistics network. You will be responsible for navigating curbside and backdoor routes, operating specialized collection vehicles, and managing the transport of materials to post-collection facilities.

Your day involves more than just driving; it requires a commitment to safety, equipment care, and professional customer interaction. You will work closely with your supervisor to improve routing efficiencies and may be tasked with managing helpers on your route. The position demands adaptability to changing weather conditions and the ability to maintain high standards of vehicle cleanliness and operational safety throughout the day.

Requirements
