About the Role
The Resident Services Coordinator (RSC) is a vital member of the Multifamily division, dedicated to enhancing resident satisfaction and retention within our communities. This role serves as the primary point of contact for residents, working collaboratively with Property Managers, Leasing Specialists, and the broader site team to ensure a vibrant, welcoming, and well-organized living environment.
As the face of the community, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service, managing resident programs and communication, and supporting daily operations. Your day-to-day involves greeting residents and guests with professionalism, coordinating move-in and move-out processes, and maintaining amenity spaces to ensure they are always "tour-ready." You will also play a key role in community building by planning and executing engaging events, developing monthly communications, and fostering relationships with local vendors to offer exclusive opportunities to our residents.

- check_circleServe as a liaison between residents and the Property Manager
- check_circleServe as the primary contact for resident support and issue resolution
Requirements
