About the Role

The Community Ambassador serves as the face of the community, positioned at the forefront of resident engagement and service. This role is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to both prospective and current residents, with a primary mission to maximize occupancy year over year. You will guide prospects through the leasing journey, assist in planning and executing marketing and community events, and work collaboratively to meet sales goals set by the Leasing & Marketing Manager and Community Manager.

Day in the Life

Your day involves a dynamic mix of leasing, operations, and community building. You will generate leads, conduct tours, and manage follow-ups to close leases in accordance with training guidelines. Beyond leasing, you will represent Landmark Properties professionally at on- and off-campus marketing events and promote the community through social media, email, and text campaigns.

Operational duties include performing daily opening and closing checklists, inspecting model units and tour routes, and handling resident communications via phone and internet. You will also manage logistics such as labeling packages, entering maintenance requests, and maintaining detailed activity logs. During peak periods like move-in and move-out days, you will participate in unit inspections and trash-outs. The role requires flexibility to work evening and weekend hours, including handling resident lockouts as needed.

The role is ideal for individuals currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program in fields such as Business Administration, Marketing, Communications, or Public Relations.
