Key Responsibilities
- check_circleManage and participate in phone queue and customer service email boxes
- check_circleAssist CXRs in taking orders via phone and processing orders as needed
- check_circleCheck sales orders for accuracy and monitor sales order processing
- check_circleWork with customer experience staff to ensure prompt resolution of issues and complaints
- check_circlePromote communication across business functions and manage relationships between operations and sales
- check_circleDevelop meaningful relationships with customers to anticipate needs and strengthen loyalty
- check_circleConduct SOX reports, STNI, open order reports, cash reconciliation, and voided ship/tix
- check_circleResearch problems reported by Customer Experience Reps, sales representatives, or customers
- check_circleTrain and measure CXR performance and output while reviewing attendance
- check_circleHire, train, and provide ongoing support and coaching for CXRs
Requirements
- verifiedBachelor's Degree or equivalent in related experience
- verified4+ years' experience in Customer Experience/Service, Client Relations, Sales and Service, logistics, or related field
- verifiedSkilled in Microsoft Office suite

Knowledge of the building products industry and/or manufacturing operation
