About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and highly organized Member Experience Manager to support EōS members and guests by delivering best-in-class service. This role is designed to develop a team that delivers exceptional customer experiences while hitting business objectives.
As a key leader in the company, you will partner with gym department managers to train, motivate, and develop front desk staff. You will ensure the facility remains clean, friendly, and well-maintained while modeling our core values in all daily interactions. Your day will involve serving as the first point of contact for member concerns, resolving billing issues, and responding to feedback with professionalism and empathy. You will also collaborate with operations to review member surveys, support online reputation management, and lead the team in upholding the company culture to create loyal fans.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleAddress member complaints with professionalism to maintain positive relationships and high retention
- check_circleCollaborate with department managers to ensure facility cleanliness and safety standards
- check_circleMonitor member satisfaction trends and provide actionable insights to improve retention
- check_circleSupport online reputation management by reviewing and responding to member comments
- check_circlePartner with the Operations Manager to train, coach, and develop the front desk team
- check_circleDevelop and execute strategies to engage members and enhance the overall member experience
- check_circleServe as the first point of contact for member concerns and resolve billing issues
Requirements
- verifiedProven experience in customer service or front-line leadership
- verifiedProficiency with fitness management software, social media platforms, and Microsoft Office Suite
- verifiedKnowledge of fitness industry operations
- verifiedMust successfully pass background check
- verifiedMust obtain a CPR certification within 30 days of employment
- verifiedMust attend EōS Ethos and Customer Service Training within 30 days of employment
