Center Manager

About the Role

The Center Manager serves as the operational heartbeat of this retail location, ultimately accountable for profit and loss, continuous improvement, and business development. This role exists to ensure the center delivers world-class customer service while maintaining strict cost control and operational excellence.

In this position, you will open and close the center, manage productivity, and lead a team dedicated to optimizing performance. You will be responsible for developing and implementing store marketing programs, managing inventory, and overseeing daily maintenance to ensure a safe, clean, and organized environment. The role requires a dynamic personality capable of motivating associates through effective listening and leadership.

Hiring Process

Candidates with a post-high school education and two years of retail store operations experience are encouraged to apply. The ideal candidate possesses strong supervisory skills, advanced computer proficiency, and the physical ability to perform essential job functions.
