About the Role
The Assistant Center Manager serves as a vital partner to the Center Manager, ensuring the seamless day-to-day operations of this retail location. This role is designed to support the Center Manager in attaining defined targets while fostering a culture of world-class customer service. You will be deeply involved in the center's profit and loss, continuous improvement initiatives, service delivery levels, and business development.
In this position, you will help manage productivity and cost control, contributing to the weekly and monthly reports that are provided to the franchise owner. The ideal candidate possesses a dynamic personality and the ability to motivate a team to optimize performance. You will act as a leader who listens, follows, and helps guide the center toward success, balancing operational oversight with personnel management.

Key Responsibilities
- check_circleHelp with personnel management including recruiting, training, scheduling, and coaching associates
- check_circleSchedule work assignments and facilitate weekly or monthly staff meetings
- check_circleHelp develop and implement the store marketing program
- check_circleManage Center financials and prepare or provide reporting
- check_circleManage inventory levels and organization
- check_circleReview daily employee timesheets and submit for payroll processing
- check_circleOversee Center maintenance including cleanliness, safety, and organization
- check_circleMonitor, evaluate, and maximize customer service delivery and satisfaction
Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED required
- verifiedOne year of supervisory experience in logistics, retail, or other relevant industry
- verifiedP&L experience preferred
- verifiedStrong computer skills, including Microsoft Office and Adobe Suites
Nice to Have
College coursework or a degree. Advanced education degree, coursework, or tech school. P&L experience.
