Maximus is seeking a Reporting Supervisor to support the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA). This role is critical to FEMA's mission of helping people before, during, and after disasters. In this capacity, you will support survivors of natural disasters by overseeing the reporting infrastructure that processes applications for disaster assistance from individuals and businesses within a designated geographical area.
The position involves leading a team to sustain an effective reporting program that gathers, prepares, trends, and analyzes operational activity. You will coordinate the work of Reporting Specialists, ensure the accuracy and timeliness of reports in compliance with contract requirements, and assist in creating monthly client presentations. This role requires a high level of flexibility, as the FEMA team strives to be available to help those in need at all hours.
This is a temporary position. Maximus will provide the necessary equipment for this role, provided you meet specific home office requirements, including a private, secure work area and high-speed internet connectivity.
