This position is dedicated to delivering the highest quality individualized assistance program to all residents. You will provide exceptional hospitality and personal aid, ensuring a safe and efficient environment where resident rights are upheld at all times. The role requires a mature, dependable individual who can bring an upbeat and positive energy to the community while working collaboratively with staff from all departments.
Your day will be defined by direct, compassionate care. You will assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, grooming, dressing, and meal assistance. The role demands adaptability, as you may need to change assignments on short notice and perform a variety of tasks in a fast-paced setting.
We value integrity, professionalism, and teamwork. You are expected to be congenial with fellow employees, residents, and the public, maintaining proper hygiene and a professional dress code (black scrub pants, appropriate scrub top, and closed-toed shoes). Success in this role requires strong organizational skills, the ability to multi-task, and the initiative to use your own judgment in daily activities. You will be an active participant throughout your entire shift, utilizing equipment such as resident lifts and communication devices like earpieces and handheld radios.
