About the Role
The Kindred Resort Reservations Travel Consultant is the central voice delivering Kindred Resort's luxury experience. From day one, you will manage guest reservations and communications with professionalism, warmth, and precision. This role is vital to ensuring every guest interaction reflects our commitment to personalized service and operational excellence. You will handle reservation inquiries, support travel industry partners, and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings while navigating a fast-paced environment.

Requirements
- verifiedHigh school diploma or GED
- verified2 years experience providing exceptional guest service

- verifiedOPERA cloud property management system experience (preferred)
