The Guest Experience Curator is a highly guest-facing role at The Estate Yountville, designed to blend the warmth of luxury hospitality with the expertise of a destination concierge. This position is responsible for creating thoughtful, personalized, and memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring each visitor feels welcomed, cared for, and deeply connected to the best of Napa Valley.
You will serve as a polished point of contact before, during, and after a guest's stay. Your day involves crafting personalized itineraries that span wineries, dining, wellness, and local adventures, while anticipating needs to offer recommendations that feel tailored and effortless. From supporting VIP arrivals and special occasion planning to executing surprise-and-delight moments, you will ensure every interaction reflects the elevated standards of The Estate Yountville.

Requirements
