As a Guest Experience Coordinator, you will be the heartbeat of our Guest Experience department. This role exists to bridge the gap between guest expectations and operational reality, ensuring that every request, VIP detail, and amenity is executed with precision and warmth.
You will work closely with Guest Experience Managers, the Front Office, Concierge, Reservations, and the Management on Duty (MOD) team. Your day will involve orchestrating pre-arrival communications, managing special occasion details, and coordinating with Housekeeping, Food & Beverage, and Spa teams to deliver surprise-and-delight moments. Whether preparing itineraries for wine tastings, managing high-profile guest needs, or ensuring Forbes Travel Guide service standards are met, you will be the link that keeps the guest journey flowing smoothly.
