About the Role

First impressions count! The Guest Service Agent is the face of our hotels. You are a people-pleaser who loves to go above and beyond to exceed the needs of our guests. You will wear many hats—from meeter and greeter to problem-defeater. In this vital role, you will provide a warm, welcoming, and friendly environment, serving as the first point of contact for visitors, suppliers, and inquiries. You will present a positive and professional image of the organization to all who interact with us.

Requirements
