As a Guest Service Agent at JW Marriott, you are the first and last impression for our guests. You will be responsible for greeting every guest with warmth, taking ownership of their issues to ensure a resolution, and fostering a culture of teamwork. Your mission is to anticipate guest needs, exceed expectations, and build brand loyalty by living the JW Marriott Core Values.
You will manage the full guest lifecycle, from efficient check-in and check-out processes to setting up accurate billing and verifying payment methods. This role requires proactive communication to follow up on requests and collaborate seamlessly with other departments to ensure a flawless experience. Whether handling high-profile VIP clientele or resolving complex complaints, you will uphold luxury service standards while adhering to all company, safety, and department policies.
Candidates must possess a High School diploma or GED and have 1–2 years of experience in a front desk, concierge, or guest service role, preferably in a luxury or upscale hotel environment. Familiarity with Property Management Systems (PMS) such as Opera or Amadeus is required, along with proven experience in personalized service and cash handling.
Applicants must be able to read, write, and communicate effectively in English. Essential work cards, including a Health Card and TAM Card, are required for employment.
