About the Role
The Reservations Coordinator is the heartbeat of our Visitor Center & Events team, dedicated to delivering exceptional visitor experiences and world-class customer service. As the primary point of contact for hospitality and events, you will manage the rhythm of our guest interactions, from tracking online tasting bookings and processing payments to handling phone and email inquiries with grace and efficiency.
In this role, you will ensure guest satisfaction at every touchpoint, modeling exemplary customer service techniques while helping to manage operational costs. You will serve as a knowledgeable partner to our guests, sharing the story of our wines, winery history, and property to help them develop a deeper enthusiasm and appreciation for our brand. This position is vital to our mission of providing best-in-class experiences that highlight our commitment to sustainability and hospitality. Please note that this role includes weekend and some holiday hours to support our busy visitor center operations.
