About the Role
U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic, fast-paced team where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, you will serve as a vital link between customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Your primary mission is to support the efficient placement and distribution of equipment, ensuring that regional market inventory levels are balanced to meet future demand.
In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing calls, directing customers' equipment needs to the appropriate areas based on real-time demand and productivity status. You will also review reports to ensure the accuracy of equipment availability and contracts, while assisting with the company's U-Box portable storage product. This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a results-oriented environment and enjoys providing outstanding customer service as part of a collaborative team.
