About the Role
U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic, fast-paced team where every day brings new challenges. Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, you will serve as the central hub for supporting customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Your primary mission involves managing reservation placement and the strategic distribution of equipment to balance regional inventory levels against customer demand.
In this role, you will handle inbound and outbound calls, assist with the U-Box portable storage product, and review reports to ensure equipment availability and contract accuracy. Requirements
