Reservation Manager-3

About the Role

U-Haul is seeking a Reservation Manager Agent to join a dynamic, fast-paced team where no two days are the same. Reporting to the Traffic Control Manager, you will serve as a vital link between customers, field team members, and U-Haul dealerships. Your primary mission is to support the efficient placement and distribution of equipment, ensuring that regional market inventory levels are balanced to meet future demand.

In this role, you will manage incoming and outgoing customer calls, assist with the U-Box portable storage product, and utilize reports to optimize equipment availability and reservation accuracy. You will thrive in an environment that values outstanding customer service, results-oriented thinking, and strong teamwork.
