As a hands-on bench scientist within the School of Medicine, you will play a critical role in advancing biomedical research. Your work will involve developing and executing biochemical and cell-based assays to perform high-throughput screening of small molecule libraries. You will also drive the structural optimization of hit compounds through lower throughput assays. Success in this position requires close collaboration with biomedical investigators and medicinal chemists to translate experimental data into actionable insights. Depending on the team's needs, you may also supervise staff and perform related responsibilities as required.
