About the Role

We are actively seeking a Research Manager to join our team. In this role, you will assist in the development, execution, and analysis of projects for a diverse range of Fortune 500 companies. Our researchers work across industries on diverse projects with clients like Disney, Riot Games, Hershey, and Allstate.

This is an exciting opportunity to continue to grow your research career as you support some of the world's most prominent brands with market assessment, brand strategy, product development, customer loyalty and engagement, and communications research. You will manage projects holistically from questionnaire design to final report writing, utilizing discretion in decision-making to keep projects moving forward while responsible for project budgets.

You will collaborate with a team of researchers to lead study progress, managing, mentoring, and training Research Associates on your project teams. With strong support from senior leadership, you'll receive on-the-job training in advanced project management, methodology, and advanced analytics. In our fast-paced environment, you will utilize strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, doing new things every day.
