Disney's Addressable Ad Operations team is a vital component of the Sales and Advertising Operations group, supporting a diverse portfolio of global entertainment and news properties. As an Account Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for top-tier advertisers across Disney's digital ecosystem. You will partner closely with Account Executives to manage direct, programmatic, and hybrid campaigns, ensuring seamless execution from creative kick-off to final billing reconciliation. This role is designed for a detail-oriented strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment. You will be the primary point of contact for clients, providing best-in-class service, troubleshooting complex ad server issues, and offering strategic optimization recommendations that drive campaign performance and foster long-term brand loyalty.
This position is based in Santa Monica, CA, with a requirement to be onsite for four days a week. The team is currently planning a relocation to our Burbank, CA location in 2026. The role may require on-call support for after-hours client emergencies, reflecting the dynamic nature of the global entertainment industry.

Bachelor's degree with a focus in media, advertising, or other meaningful experience. Strong interest in the digital media, advertising, and emerging technology industries. Love and comfort with all things tech including understanding of consumer websites, mobile/tablet devices, over-the-top and connected TV platforms, industry ad servers and custom ad products. Working familiarity with a broad range of business functional disciplines, including ad sales, creative services production, revenue operations, inventory planning, yield optimization and marketing. Knowledgeable about industry ad categories, various modes of online ad sales channels and ability to translate those customer requirements into technical/operational solutions. Familiar with technical troubleshooting tools.
Skills: Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Powerpoint, Google Ad Manager, Operative, Magnite SSP, DCM, Adform, Innovid, Vast, Vpaid.
Education: Bachelor's degree with a focus in media, advertising, or other meaningful experience.
