About the Role
The Site Production Manager leads the planning, execution, and oversight of all site production elements for festivals, including infrastructure, budgeting, vendor coordination, and team leadership. This role ensures operational efficiency by collaborating with internal departments, managing timelines, and maintaining high safety and production standards. Additionally, the manager develops vendor and venue relationships, oversees site budgets, and supports hiring, training, and cross-functional problem-solving throughout the event lifecycle.
This is not a remote position and is on-site at events for long durations of time. You will be part of a team that thrives in loud, busy environments and is willing to work during evening and weekend hours to meet deadlines. The role requires the ability to tolerate drastic temperature climates and move items up to 50lbs.

Requirements
- verified5+ years of experience in music festival production
- verifiedHeavy Equipment (Fork Lift / Aerial Lift) certification
- verifiedProficient technical skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Google Docs/Sheets, Airtable, Asana, Adobe PDF Editor, Dropbox
- verifiedBasic understanding of AutoCAD preferred
- verifiedMust be able to travel for work for long periods of time
- verifiedApplicants must possess work authorization in the U.S. without sponsorship
