The Reporting Analyst serves as a critical quality gatekeeper for the NBCU Portfolio, ensuring the successful trafficking and launch of campaigns across display, mobile, app media, and in-stream video products. This position places a heavy emphasis on short-form and full-episode ad products within NBC Universal's primetime properties, including Peacock.
Beyond launch verification, the role is dedicated to streamlining client reporting through the development of advanced formulas and automated workflows. You will maintain custom client reporting for the digital ad sales business and generate ad hoc reports for internal partners, ensuring data integrity before issues impact revenue.
Your work involves a blend of technical troubleshooting and strategic analysis. You will provide quality assurance on all campaign launches and modifications, implementing critical fixes for major releases. A significant portion of your time is spent analyzing complex datasets to uncover potential errors before they escalate, requiring strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Collaboration is central to this position. You will work directly with the Manager of Digital Sales Operations QA to uphold sales operations standards and support the sales team. Additionally, you will liaise with external ad vendors to review and test tags for various rich media creative types. The role demands reliability, including on-call support for after-hours ad-related emergencies and coverage during major tentpole events.
