About the Team

Disney's Addressable Ad Operations team is a vital component of the Sales and Advertising Operations group, supporting a diverse portfolio of global entertainment and news properties. About the Role

As an Account Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone for high-profile video and display ad campaigns across Disney's digital ecosystem. You will partner closely with Account Executives to manage the full lifecycle of direct, programmatic, and hybrid campaigns. This role is designed for a detail-oriented strategist who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is passionate about making a significant impact on client success.

Your day-to-day involves ensuring accurate campaign implementation, troubleshooting technical discrepancies, and providing thoughtful optimization recommendations to drive performance. You will act as a trusted advisor to top-tier clients, fostering loyalty through superior service and clear communication regarding ad experience, delivery, reporting, and billing. Whether managing complex content sponsorships or resolving after-hours emergencies, you will be the authority on our direct business offerings and the programmatic advertising ecosystem.

Working familiarity with a broad range of business functional disciplines, including ad sales, creative services production, revenue operations, inventory planning, yield optimization and marketing. Knowledgeable about industry ad categories, various modes of online ad sales channels and ability to translate those customer requirements into technical/operational solutions. Familiar with technical troubleshooting tools. Experience working with Google Ad Manager, Operative, and/or the Magnite SSP.
