The Senior Client Services Manager serves as a key strategic partner responsible for driving client retention, revenue growth, and overall satisfaction across high-priority accounts. Acting as the primary advocate for clients, you will collaborate closely with Sales Directors, Trading, Analytics, and Strategy teams to deliver best-in-class digital advertising solutions.
In this role, you will translate business objectives into actionable strategies that maximize performance and strengthen relationships. You will thrive in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment where you leverage data and insights to drive decision-making. The position requires a seasoned professional who can navigate cross-functional teams, anticipate client needs, and foster long-term partnerships through quarterly business reviews, strategy sessions, and educational workshops. You will also play a vital role in mentoring junior team members and supporting the Director of Client Services in operational efficiency initiatives.
