The Communications Coordinator plays an integral role in the Undergraduate Division's communications efforts. Reporting to the Associate Director of Communications, this position supports students' academic exploration and co-curricular engagement while upholding Wharton and University standards. The role involves updating and maintaining websites, drafting, formatting, and proofreading communications and marketing materials, coordinating content production, and ensuring consistent, brand-aligned messaging across platforms. This is a dynamic position within a fast-paced environment where you will help shape the narrative of one of the world's premier business schools.

Familiarity with basic analytics and reporting for websites, email campaigns, and/or social media (Google Analytics, Sprout Social). Familiarity with email marketing tools and e-newsletters, including content preparation and formatting (Campaign Monitor, Constant Contact, MailChimp, etc.). Working knowledge of brand standards and ability to apply them consistently across digital and print materials.
