About the Role

Everforth ECS is seeking a Requirements Writer / Business Analyst to join our team in our Merrifield, VA office. In this pivotal role, you will collaborate with key stakeholders in the US Postal Service's Technology Acquisition and Program Management (TAPM) group. Your mission is to identify, document, and manage functional and technical requirements for new systems, processes, and enhancements.

You will serve as a bridge between technical teams and business needs, preparing Statements of Work (SOW), software release documents, and training materials for the field. The role involves assisting in the development and tracking of equipment deployment in support of TAPM and USPS Engineering Systems programs. You will create presentations, charts, and diagrams to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to non-technical audiences, ensuring that program management processes are well-documented and that equipment evaluations are conducted effectively.

Candidates must be able to obtain a USPS Public Trust Clearance. This requires US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Status (Green Card), and the ability to pass a stringent background check.
