About the Role

We are seeking a Junior Data Analyst to provide research services for one of TSTC's premier Department of Homeland Security (DHS) clients. In this role, you will apply out-of-the-box thinking to conduct qualitative and quantitative research and complex analytics. Your primary focus will be reviewing, analyzing, and evaluating processes, information, and data to determine risks associated with transportation assets and to identify and track mitigation status.

Beyond analysis, you will provide scheduling and coordination support, developing and maintaining essential documentation such as agendas, schedules, presentation decks, and meeting minutes. You will actively participate in work group meetings and events that support the organization's mission needs, conducting risk assessments to ensure operational success.

Location & Work Model

This position offers the ability to work remotely; however, office hours may be required as necessary to meet client needs in Springfield, VA. Candidates must reside within 200 miles of the Washington DC region. Please note that a specific requirement for this role is that you MUST reside in a HUBZone. Security & Eligibility

A government security clearance (Secret) is preferred for this position. The successful candidate must be a US Citizen and pass both a company and client comprehensive background check.
