The Repair Operations Account Coordinator is a specialized operational role designed to bridge the gap between technical repair activities and customer communication. This position is distinct from finance, accounting, sales, or general account management; instead, it focuses exclusively on the lifecycle of repair orders, service documentation, and shipment logistics.
In this onsite capacity, you will serve as the central hub for repair operations in Irvine, CA. Your day-to-day involves supporting customer repair activities from the moment an order is received through to final shipment. You will manage the flow of critical documentation, including packing lists, shipping labels, air bills, and delivery records, ensuring every piece of paperwork aligns with technical data and customer expectations.
This role requires a high degree of precision and organization. You will be responsible for updating customer portals, ERP/CRM systems, and ticketing platforms to maintain accurate records of repair activities and shipment statuses. By performing final administrative quality checks and tracking operational deadlines, you ensure that the repair depot runs smoothly and that customers receive timely updates on their service requests.

Experience in repair depot, service repair center, RMA, logistics, shipping, or order-processing; experience with repair quote or service quote follow-up; experience with customer portal and shipment tracking; experience preparing pre-invoicing packets or customer/order documentation packets; experience working in a procedure-driven or quality-focused environment.
