The Rental Territory Manager is a high-energy sales role designed for individuals who are driven to win and create their own success. Reporting to the Regional Rental Manager, you will serve as the primary advocate for our short-term rental fleet within your assigned territory. Your mission is to actively promote rental opportunities, build lasting relationships with new and existing customers, and drive department revenue through strategic re-rental partnerships.
In this position, approximately 80% of your day is spent in the field—driving a Pape' sales vehicle, visiting customers, and processing incoming rental leads within 24 hours. You will collaborate closely with the Regional Rental Manager to coordinate complex rental opportunities, monitor fleet usage to identify under-utilized units, and manage time and territory effectively to achieve stated goals.
