As a District Retail Marketing Manager, you will oversee teams of retail marketers across ten area stores. Your mission is to hire, train, and develop a Retail Marketing Team to build brand awareness and generate sales leads through local retail partnerships. You will serve as the bridge between our brand and the community, managing budgets, staffing, and the day-to-day operations of retail affiliates.
This role is ideal for a self-starter with multi-unit retail management experience who thrives in a fast-paced, high-energy environment. You will wear many hats, managing everything from recruiting and training to tracking metrics and ensuring the successful execution of marketing initiatives. Expect to travel up to 50% within your assigned territory and be available for weekend shifts to meet the demands of the market.
