About the Role
We are currently hiring Remote Customer Service Representatives across Mexico to support growing US-based customer support operations. This is a fully remote position designed for experienced professionals who possess strong English communication skills and a background in US BPO or call center environments. The role requires individuals who can thrive in fast-paced support settings while maintaining a professional and detail-oriented mindset.
Hiring Process
